We have completed this process on over 1,000 vehicles and have never had a warranty claim denied or a vehicle flagged as a result. We use the OEM feature-activation process - not a hack, a jailbreak or third-party software. Our software can also return the vehicle to its original stock configuration on demand.
We carry out this upgrade every week and 2021 and newer D200 vehicles are generally eligible. We are not reflashing the engine software - we unlock the full potential of the calibration your ECU is already running, which is why the load stays within what the engine was built for. As with every job, your VIN decides: we confirm it on your specific car before you pay anything.
No - dealerships are not equipped with the tools to enable these features after the fact. Jaguar Land Rover designs these features as premium options, often reserved for higher trims or newer vehicles. They are used as high-margin add-ons and incentives to encourage customers to upgrade.
Factory features
Most vehicles leave the factory with hardware for functions that were never enabled in software. Which of them apply to your car is decided by your VIN, not by a price list.

In almost all cases your vehicle already has the hardware fitted and only the software activation is missing. If a feature does need a hardware retrofit on your car, we tell you that clearly with the result of your VIN check, before there is anything to pay.

Software over the air (SOTA) updates and regular dealer service will not roll back your changes. With major warranty repair work it is possible for settings to be reset - if that happens, we recode them at no charge.
No. Your package has one fixed price. Every factory feature we release for your vehicle is included, and you decide which of them you actually want switched on.
The VIN identifies the exact build of your car: engine, model year, market and the hardware fitted. Without it, nobody can say honestly what is possible on your vehicle.
You get a confirmation e-mail straight away. A technician then checks your vehicle manually and you receive a private link with the result, the available features and the price. There is no payment request before that.
Yes, right up until we start the activation. Once the activation begins the configuration is locked so that what we activate matches what you confirmed.
Then we tell you and there is nothing to pay. The compatibility check is free and there is no checkout for a vehicle we cannot work on.
